Café KaƵe is located on the road from the Kaida branch office to Mitake, and is worth a visit for a meal. Serving up hot curries topped with cheese or seasonal vegetables, pizzas, and a variety of western dishes and desserts. The owner is passionate about the baked-cheese curry and homemade butterbur and miso pizza using locally produced butterbur from Kaida highlands.
