Restaurant and inn Fumotoya is a 190-year-old traditional Japanese home that has preserved its cultural assets throughout the generations. At Fumoto-ya, you are able to experience Touji soba, a local dish often eaten during special occasions in Kaida. For those coming by bicycle, motorcycle, or scooter, you can enjoy a special offer of a large serving for the price of a regular serving. Please call them in advance for details of bento boxes that are offered from 1,000 yen (Only in Kaida), and reservations are required at least two days in advance if you wish to place orders.
